1. Are you a manufacturer or a trader?

2. What conditions do we need to start sublimation?
For sublimation, we need an inkjet printer, sublimation paper or sublimation film, sublimation ink, as well as sublimation equipment (for flat products, heat press machine is required; for curved products, a vacuum machine is needed).
3. Do you have OEM or ODM services?
Yes, our company has its own R&D department, so we accept customized services. From mold development to printing services, we all accept customization.
4. Do you have any minimum order quantity requirements for your products?
Because our standard products are all in stock, there is no minimum order quantity. If it is a customized product, there will be a corresponding minimum order quantity. For example, if a plastic or metal product requires a new mold, the minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per style. If it is a textile product, 50 pieces will be enough.

Sure. We can provide free samples for our regular products, but the customer needs to pay the cost of shipping them abroad.
7. What is the general delivery time?
Most regular products are in stock, so they can usually be dispatched immediately. For a large number of orders, we can also deliver the goods within about 10 to 15 days. Extra-large orders need to be confirmed based on the actual situation at that time!
8. What is your flagship product or advantageous product?

12. How to deal with quality problems?
