Dear customer:

In addition, we continuously upgrade our after-sales system to ensure that our customers are provided with a better experience and make the bilateral cooperation smoother and closer. Based on all our company’s products, PROSUB makes the following commitments:
All products meet quality standards, being strictly managed in accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system. We also ensure that all products used by our company comply with various environmental and safety certifications such as ROHS, REACH, FCC, CE, and have passed SGS testing and certification.
Product warranty period for the machines that sold by our company is one year. If there are any quality problems within one year, they will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
For the consumable products sold by our company, if there are any quality problems or the products cannot meet the quality requirements of sublimation, our company promises to refund or reissue.
