Dongguan Prosub Technology Co., Ltd. established in 2012, specializes in various dye sublimation products and is a professional supplier of dye sublimation materials. The company currently operates two production bases located in Dongguan, Guangdong and Jiujiang, Jiangxi, covering a total area of over 33,000 square meters with approximately 200 employees. Our products are highly recognized by customers in Europe, America, and Southeast Asia.
The company comprises multiple departments, including Design, Mold Manufacturing, Injection Molding, Spray Painting, Textile, Coating Workshop, Warehouse, Quality Control, Finished Products, and Sales, providing customers with professional product design and solutions.
Most of our employees have over 10 years of experience, possessing strong technical skills and mature product concepts. We are equipped with around 50 injection molding machines and a professional production management team, with over 5,000 sets of molds. We specialize in producing heat transfer phone cases, various pendants, daily necessities, and heat transfer materials for pet products. With five punching machines, four cutting machines, and seven CNC cutting machines, we professionally manufacture aluminum plates for phone cases, license plates, signage, metal pendants, dog tags, etc. Our three automatic coating lines and one manual spraying line can handle heat transfer products on various materials such as plastic, metal, ceramics, glass, stone paintings, crystals, and acrylic.
The workshop is equipped with high-precision printers, roller transfer machines, laser cutting machines, heat press machines, label printers, and other printing equipment, as well as flatbed sewing machines, overlock machines, bar-tacking machines, button attaching machines, punching machines, cutting machines, and high-frequency welding machines. We specialize in producing various heat transfer textile products, including T-shirts, hoodies, blankets, aprons, tote bags, cosmetic bags, pillowcases, and pet supplies. We also offer material sales and custom garment services.
One fully automatic state-of-the-art coating machine is dedicated to producing heat transfer film, DTF white ink transfer film, sublimation paper, and other products. The quality of our heat transfer film has always been industry-leading, comparable to that of South Korea’s Songjeong.
Currently, all categories of products are available in stock, with over 8,000 product varieties. Our warehouse spans over 5,000 square meters, managed by a professional warehouse management team to ensure efficient customer service. Strict quality control is implemented throughout the process, from incoming material inspection to in-process production monitoring and final product inspection.

Currently, we have several major product categories: the plastic series (with aluminum plates and surface coating options), the Photo slate series, the metal series (with aluminum plates and surface coating options), the glass series, the wood board series, and the textile series.
For sublimation, we need an inkjet printer, sublimation paper or sublimation film, sublimation ink, as well as sublimation equipment (for flat products, heat press machine is required; for curved products, a vacuum machine is needed).

Because our standard products are all in stock, there is no minimum order quantity. If it is a customized product, there will be a corresponding minimum order quantity. For example, if a plastic or metal product requires a new mold, the minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per style. If it is a textile product, 50 pieces will be enough.
